35% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
• Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.
Non-refundable if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival.
• Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 15:30 hrs
Check-out: 10:30 hrs
Check-out is completed only after inspection of the property’s general condition.
• Pets:
Small pets are allowed, but must be confirmed at the time of booking.
Extra charges may apply for cleaning or damages.
• Damage Deposit:
No deposit required at check-in.
Additional charges may apply for pets or special conditions.

The house is very comfortable, with spacious indoor and outdoor areas. Having parking right in front of the house is extremely convenient. The road to get there is a little tricky, but absolutely manageable—just not recommended for low-clearance cars. The nearby village is very close, with a supermarket that stays open until late. The location is absolutely charming. If you are travelling with a dog, please note that the garden is not fully enclosed and also connects to the other owner’s garden. Victoria was extremely kind and attentive and gave us some excellent recommendations. We will definitely come back! 🙂
